This group is made up of adult women over the age of 18. This is a worldwide women’s organization for Ladies to experience freedom through Jesus Christ; support and nurture each other as a sisterhood; and support women and children’s ministries, both locally and globally. Women meet monthly in individual subgroups, or “circles”, and quarterly as a unit. There are also opportunities for retreats, programs, and mission work in our district, conference and beyond. The Jones Memorial Unit of UMW currently has 5 active circles, with meeting times and locations set to fit the women in the particular circle. Together we work and play, laugh and cry, worship and serve.

Friendship Circle

Age range 60’s and up

Meeting time: 10 am,

Dates: 2nd Wednesday of each month

Location: Pioneer Room at the church

Gleaner’s Circle–

Age range: 60’s and up

Meeting time: 1:30 pm,

Dates: 2nd Tuesday of each month

Location: Pioneer room at the church

Wesleyan Women Circle-

Age range:  60’s and up

Meeting time: 10:30 am ,

Dates: 3rd Wednesday of  month

Location: At the church

Joy Circle-

Age range: 40’s to 70’s

Meeting time: Usually 6:30 pm, 

Dates: 3rd Tuesday of the month

Location: At the church, but may vary

Serenity Sisters Circle-

Age range: 30’s to 50’s

Meeting time: 5:30 pm,

Dates: 1st Sunday of the month
